Wood Fireproof Door
A wood fire door is designed to provide reliable fire protection while maintaining a warm and natural appearance for commercial and residential projects. This type of wood fire door can be tested by Underwriters' Laboratories (UL) and is available with fire ratings of 20, 45, 60, and 90 minutes, including compatible fire-rated door frames. Wood fire door assemblies can be finished with natural wood veneer, HPL (high pressure laminate), PVC film, melamine finish, PU painting, or water-based primer finish to suit different design and budget requirements. A certified wood fire door is widely used in hotels, apartments, and public buildings across North America.
Construction: Made from fire-resistant materials and often include a solid core with additional fire-retardant treatments.
Seals: Equipped with intumescent seals that expand when exposed to heat, sealing gaps to prevent the spread of smoke and flames.
Hardware: Fitted with fire-rated hardware hinges, digital locks, door viewer, door guard , door stop , door bottom seal that meet with UL assemble code;
