1. Material Selection

4. Assembly

5. Welding
Components are welded together to ensure structural integrity.
6. Surface Treatment
The door is cleaned, and surfaces are treated (galvanized, primed, or powder-coated) for corrosion resistance.
7. Hardware Installation
Fire-rated hinges, locks, and handles are installed.
8. Quality Testing
Doors undergo fire resistance and mechanical strength tests (as per standards like UL, CE, ISO).
9. Packaging
Finished doors are packaged for delivery.
