Material Inspection: Ensuring Quality from the Inside Out
The core of a wooden fire door lies in whether its materials meet the required standards. During acceptance testing, the first step is to inspect the type of wood used for the door leaf and frame, ensuring that specially treated fire-resistant wood is used. The thickness of the door leaf should be within a reasonable range, usually not less than 45 millimeters. In addition, the filling material of the fire door should be carefully examined to ensure it has good thermal insulation properties. The surface coating should be uniform, without bubbles, cracks, or other defects.

Installation Quality: Details Determine Success
Installation quality directly affects the performance of the fire door. During acceptance testing, it is necessary to check whether the connection between the door frame and the wall is secure and whether the gaps are filled with fire-resistant sealing materials. The door leaf should open and close smoothly without jamming. The hinges, locks, and other hardware should be installed in the correct positions and possess a certain degree of fire resistance. The gap width between the door leaf and the door frame needs to be controlled within a reasonable range; too large or too small a gap will affect the fire resistance.

Functional Testing: Real-World Verification
The final step is to conduct actual functional testing. After closing the door leaf, check its airtightness to ensure that smoke and flames cannot easily penetrate. Simulate emergency situations to test whether the opening and closing speed of the door meets the requirements. At the same time, check whether the automatic closing function of the door is working properly, ensuring that it can close automatically in the event of a fire. These tests are crucial for verifying the reliability of the fire door.
